Sophomore Honors House
The Sophomore Honors House collaborates with and expands upon the experience of the 1st year Honors House program by continuing the emphasis on academic success and civic engagement with an added focus on global leadership development. Students in the 2nd year Honors House will benefit from programs and events that support and enhance their classroom experience with an emphasis on global awareness and service learning. Entrepreneurship Community
The Entrepreneurship learning community is an innovative program designed to provide an environment that fosters students’ entrepreneurial spirit and interest. Students in the Entrepreneurship Learning Community will benefit from programs and events that support and enhance their classroom experience with an emphasis on experiential learning. Global Living Community
The Global Living Community is a collaboration between the International Education and Programs Office and University Housing. The goal is to integrate returning study abroad students with international students and offer special programming that will assist students with cultural adjustment or reintegration. This diverse living community option is a way to provide academic enhancement, while creating an international community. The Transfer Student Community is designed to offer support to transfer students as they adjust to the quarter system and life at Cal Poly.
